Q. How do I find my order status?
99% of the order is shipped on the same day. When your order is shipped the shipping carrier will send you an email with the tracking number and an approximate delivery day. For any reason you don't receive the order, please contact us via email or by telephone.

Q. How do I receive my tracking number?
For you convenience, an email will be sent to you by your shipping carrier with the tracking number soon as your order is processed and shipped. Please allow approximately 24 hours before tracking the package.

Q. How can I make changes or modify my order?
You may request a change to your order, provided that your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please e-mail us with your exact changes with details, invoice number and a contact phone number to our processing department at perfumenetwork.com. We will do our very best to accommodate your request.

Q. How do I cancel my order?
You may request a cancellation of your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please send your cancellation request, reason for cancellation and invoice number to info@perfumenetwork.com. We will do our very best to cancel the order, and will send a confirmation upon cancellation. There will be a $5 surcharge fee for cancellation. if the order is already shipped there will be a 15% restocking fee. If your account has already been charged, you can anticipate a refund to your account within 1-2 business days minus the 15% restocking fee plus the shipping charges.

Q. What if you are out of my product?
We try our best to keep all items in stock, but in the event an item you purchased is back ordered or out of stock, we will send you an email or contact you. We will inform you when we expect to receive our restock of the item or we may offer you the item in a different size or package. You can decide to either have us ship it to you, or you will have the opportunity to change or cancel your order.
