If you are displeased with an item you receive, you may return the item. The item may be returned as long as it is in its original, unopened packaging within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund. There are no exchanges or refunds on any item that has been used.
All returns that are open or do not have the original packaging are subject to a 15% fee of the original cost of the item. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed except in the case of a shipping error on the part of PerfumeNetwork.com.
